“ Could be better could be worse. I just know if I was a waiter or waitress in a place like that I would go above and beyond I don't think any of them do there ”
“ Are you looking for a classic diner environment with great home cooking?? Look no further than Madison's in Del City.. A work colleague and I were seeking something a little less mainstream for lunch this past Monday.. Enter Madison's for the win.. Between us we sampled the chicken fried steak and chicken, sides of pinto beans, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and garlic and Texas toast.. I personally enjoyed the chicken fried chicken, a small bowl of pinto beans, a side of coleslaw, and the Texas toast.. The chicken fried chicken was nicely breaded and simply seasoned with a combination of salt and pepper.. The portion size was robust and it was perfectly fried, juicy, and the breading was very tasty.. The pinto beans were quite good and served hot.. The slaw, my least favorite dish, was simply shredded cabbage and the dressing was a little tart for my tastes tastes.. The Texas toast was quite good, too.. Despite the slaw being a little less than satisfactory I enjoyed my experience at Madison's.. Debbie provided outstanding service with a touch of sass, which made the diner experience that much better.. Madison's serves great American fare and I'm told their breakfast offerings might be even better than their lunch and dinner offerings, so there's that.. ”
“ Hand breaded onion rings and chicken tender. Fresh cut french fries. Great home cooked food. This will make your tummy happy. ”
“ First glance: The restaurant is outdated. It looked like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay. The floors and table were sticky but clean overall and there was not a spec of dust on any of the ceiling fans. The pictures on the menus were outdated as well and so we had to take to the Internet to get a more accurate idea of what the food may look like. Menu is also huge as hell. Ranging from breakfast, lunch, dinner and gyros. We thought there is no way they can make ALL of these dishes!! Looking back: Madisons has its own unique charm. They really downplay themselves and all they have to offer. We were a big group of 20 as we were playing in a local basketball tournament and our waitresses never let our drinks go empty. I think it took longer to get all of orders than it did for the food to come out. To top it off the cooks had ALL of our food out at the same time and it was HOT! There was not one complaint as we mowed down our food. We have traveled to a lot of places and have eaten at many restaurants as a team and this has been one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. Eat at Maddison‘s, and you will not be disappointed!! ”
“ Our waitress was the best. Food was pretty good. We had 2 adults n 3 kids ”
